Later, the business was purchased by CL and Eddie Guinn, who renamed it C & E Locksmith Company and incorporated it in 1986. At that time, the current logo was created, and the name changed to C & E Lock & Safe Inc. In 1992, the business was sold to father and son Johnny and Jeff Upton, who continued the legacy of providing exceptional locksmith services. The business is currently managed by Jeff Upton, a veteran, with Chris Upton joining the team in January 2015 to prepare for future leadership of the company. 

Today, the business is located at 2350 W Wedington Dr in the heart of Fayetteville, AR.
